Once face is completed it cannot be changed due to the nature of the fabric and embroidery process.
Quality Assurance: Before shipping or delivering your custom order, we conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that it meets our standards of excellence. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will send pictures to address any concerns or issues promptly.
Delivery and Satisfaction: Your custom order will be carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep or available for pick-up, depending on your location (Washington State within 100 miles) We'll follow up with you to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase and address any feedback or additional requests you may have.
